We was around in the Pleasanton house market for almost a year, we had another agent helping us to hunt for a house without any luck, the market was so hot and everybody is going to get whatever they can get without thinking. We lost hope until we decided to change our agent. Monica helps us a lot in the searching process, she contacted the listing agent's company very closely and I think that really help for us to get the house eventually. Yes, we got our house just after switching to her. You can say this is luck or we were already petted by the market, yet I can tell her team is really professional and she understand what I needed so quick that she knows how to make the deal closed. My fiancé and I were in the early stages of our housing search when we met Monica and Justus (Justus was the agent working for the builder whom my friend purchased from several years back) and we were pleasantly surprised!
Delivery - Justus helped us read through several dozen disclosures and reached out to the sellers' agents on any questions we had. He worked quickly and ensure we didn't miss any deadlines. Both Justus and Monica accompanied us on tours, helped us evaluate the property objectively, and provided comps when we were ready to make an offer. Early on in our search, we leaned more heavily on our emotions when it came to eliminating properties - if it didn't check all of the boxes, we didn't want it. But after having participated in a few rounds of offers where we did not make the cut, we quickly realized that some concessions had to be made if we didn't want to pay 10%-15% above listing price.
Monica also referred us to her mortgage contacts at several banks and was helpful in explaining to us first time buyers what the process entailed. We ended up going with a different lender who didn't communicate well (but offered the best rates) and relied on Monica's expertise in mortgage lending to help us navigate next steps.
Monica was very thorough, organized, and kept us on track to close within 30 days. Our lender was under the impression that we had plenty of time and often times she and the underwriter would take several days to review a document submission only to miss something and marked it as incomplete (and wasted our time going back and forth to clarify). Monica prompted us to follow-up with our lender at several key milestones to ensure we could close on time.
Communication - We were fortunate that both Monica and Justus accompanied us on tours and provided feedback. We also appreciate their flexibility in accommodating my fiancé's schedule as he is in the healthcare industry and has been underwater due to the recent turn of events. As the real estate industry in the Bay Area moves quickly, it was essential that we had an agent(s) who understood the urgency.
We ended up going for an older single family home that although was mostly move-in ready, needed some remodeling. Monica helped us evaluate a quote that we received from a GC for any red flags since we weren't familiar with the costs of things such as recessed LED installation. Since then we've become wiser in how we handled contractors, but we appreciated that initial push to get us on the right trajectory.
Monica and Justus were very friendly and although they encouraged us to see how we could make each property work, did not push us to buy. After a few weekends working together, it felt like we were out shopping with our aunt and cousin!
All in all, we highly recommend their services!

We were out of town when we decided to sell our house in San Jose. We contacted Monica and Carl through reference, they helped us through every bit of the selling process - explaining the selling process, getting the keys from our tenants, doing a walkthrough for any repairs / upgrades, going to store to buy parts for the lights, co-ordinating with the handyman, co-ordinating the home inspection, working with the stager, reaching out to potential buyers and doing multiple follow ups with the buyers / buyer agents.
They worked with the title company and made sure there were no mistakes in the recording.
All through the process, they responded to my text / emails almost immediately providing me all the suggestions on the setting the selling price, whether to remodel the home or not, what changes need to be made etc.,

Monica and her team has helped me purchase two homes now and each time it's been an

Monica and Carl are awesome!!! Monica is our buyer agent. She provides us tons of

I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents in the past 20+ years. I would
say most of them focus on how to make their commission quickly and effortlessly. They
drop you fast when they sense it is going to take some time to work with you. Just Global
is different. They have a unique culture. When you first talk to them (Monica Yeung and
Carl Yeung), the first thing you notice is they look at things from your angle. They present
not just "which house is available", or "whether you can afford it", but also relevant market
data and trends to help you understand how such issues can affect you, and how you can
benefit in future after making a purchase. They always want to give you the whole picture.
They are also very patient. I know a case that Monica worked with a client for months and
visited tens of open houses and provided lots of advices along the way. They aim for a
long term relationship.
Besides real estate, they are offering retirement related investments to help their clients

Monica is a professional and responsible real estate agent and I am satisfied with her
service. She was my agent when I bought a house in San Jose. It was tough to buy a house
in this area but she handled this transaction well. She made a lot of effort and showed a lot
of patience to make this successful.
