Monica and her team is as good as it gets! I was extremely satisfied with Monica and Carl for their patience, knowledge and professionalism. Specifically when it comes to investment properties...look no further, I was amazed and thoroughly impressed by their know-how investment opportunities all around bay area. The advise you can get not just from her but from her specialist guest speakers is amazing...I have personally gained deeper understanding and greater appreciation of several nuances in real estate investments, taxation, mortgages, property management etc by attending some of the seminars conducted by her company.
They are very honest, genuine and not at all pushy (very rare quality), there have been times in my search where in I wanted to go aggressive and she would talk me out of it, of course providing perspective and data which I was not aware of. Very dependable and will go extra mile to coordinate and help you in every aspect of the process.
I endorse her wholeheartedly and will not think twice seeking her services for any future real estate needs!

My experience with Monica and Carl was excellent. I was always treated as if I were their top priority. Monica's patience with me was outstanding and she was able to help me obtain my dream home. Although the short sale process we undertook was a stressful one, Monica disclosed all the details to me upfront and made the process a successful one. I loved my experience overall and still continue to remain in contact for knowledgeable advise even after I have closed on my home. I plan to work with Just Global for all my future home purchases and would highly recommend Monica and her team.

We are fortunate to have crossed paths with Monica by responding to an interesting listing that she had profiled. Within an hour or so, arrangements were made to meet at the home and a couple hours after that, an offer was drawn up. We met the deadline for reviewing offers and experienced firsthand Monica's responsiveness, speed, calmness, and efficiency... all so important when trying to buy a home in a hot market! Our transaction was complicated in that there were inspection issues involving the HOA, building, lawyers, etc. . . Monica was there every step of the way asking questions on our behalf, and representing us through it all. Everyone was happy and the transaction was seamless. I have not met a busier person (as she holds monthly talks on various real-estate related topics) but she has always been available to meet with me within the limited time periods that I had available. You are in GREAT hands with Monica (and Carl)... can't recommend her enough! :)
